Through Finacial difficulties I am selling a 50% share in my appartment, it is in an idilic location in a sort after area, it is a fantastic investment oppotunity, and im selling at a greatly reduced price, it is a great place for kids and family holidays, it is set in the mountains with fantastic views and was bought of plan, there is no snags im looking to pull out the cash i first put in so am not taking out any profit, the person who buys the share will have immediate collatarol left in the property, I am doing this hopeing for a quick sale, Can any body advice on who to advertice a 50% share of a property with, I havent got a clue on how I go about selling a share...
This really is a bargain for somebody who isent feeling the credit crunch and can get a lot of profit from renting with the ability to remorgage with the collatarol left in the propery,
