I've just been informed that there will be no water in Manilva on Monday 27th October between 8am and 3pm.  The reason is supposed to be to improve the infrastructure.  Can anyone else verify this?

This taken from manilvalife.com :

The Town Hall have informed us that on Monday 27th October between 8.00 am and 3.00 pm the water supply in the Peñoncillo zone will be cut due to works on the Peñoncillo road.

Aguagest have stated that this will affect the supply to the following areas:
Manilva Town
Peñoncillo
El Hacho
Camino Estepona
Camino Chorro
Camino Bodeguilla
Camino del Tranche
Camino del Panderón
Camino de la Eduarda
Camino de la Mar

They apologise for the inconvenience but the works are necessary for the improvement of the local infrastructure.

Hope this explains it!  (PS I'm sure Justin doesn't mind me referring to Manilva Life website! )

I noticed you said 'El Hacho'

Does that include the Urb's just above them and also Monte Duquesa?

As they fall between 'El Hacho' and Manilva Town.

Apparently the water went off about 12 noon so if they stick to the same time span it should be back on about 7pm.

Not sure, but I was under the impression El Hacho took in all the urbs on it.  I know Duquesa Village is part of El Hacho and that's just about at the top.  Monte Duquesa is too.
