Do your cases get heard in the Marbella Courts?
I think the Marbella Courts are a law unto themselves. If you have spoken with our Lawyer from Fuengirola, I am sure he has told you of the problems he has had!
My husband & I are not optimistic about winning our case against our original Lawyer simply because it is a prominent law firm in Marbella and he (the lawyer) is probably best buddies with ALL of the Judges and hey! we are just foreigners! How dare we say anything bad against a corrupt Spanish lawyer, one incidentally that has been suspended before by the Collegio de Abogados .
I think if you were in Marbella your job would be infinitely more difficult.
