Require: Long Term Rental 30 minute drive max from Torrevieja 6 months poss 12.

Hello everyone,

I have a 6 month contract working near Torrevieja starting around June 1st. I need to rent any type of accommodation for at least 6 months possibly 12 with 2 bedrooms and must have a safe parking facility (Garage or gated drive, good area would do).  Furnished a must (Would prefer less tacky furniture packs) and up to 600eur a month max, Access to a pool essential. Any help welcome.....

Anyone else posting on this site looking for property to rent long term i can make the following recommendations:

Before renting ensure sattelite tv has or will be installed as this can be expensive at around 500 euros.

the following agents have a lot of choice and the rents are all negotiable (depending on how frightened the agents are of individual owners): i cant yet post web addresses but the companies are

spain4rent - most wont include uk tv 
Web is: spain4rent dot - eu

OPI RENTALS - most will include uk tv but ask before paying. Also easier site to use than the one above. 
Web is: opirentals dot the american one not uk

 Other inclusives are down to personal choice, like Air Con, decent furniture (I hate those packs!!), private roof terraces secure parking and bills included etc
