New to the site and On the Move

Hi All
Having owned, rented and sold in Florida some 5 years ago, we are now owners in Riviera, Costa Del Sol and have been for 2 years. So we are now plotting our permanent move to Spain hopefully this year subject to us selling our property here in Cardiff.
I find this site most useful and I hope to contribute in the course of time and make use of the excellent amount of info available on here.

l am also in Riviera and have been for 8 years now. Its a nice friendly place that still has a village feel - also so easy to get anywhere.
