Hi, I am an independent website designer and I am selling a holiday home rental website template for Marbella area of Spain. The site is fully optimised with meta tag titles, descriptions and keywords already written in to it. The domain name is included as well as 2 months free hosting. (The hosting can be extended to a full year for only £40)
The "home page" has all the information about the resort plus links to all the main areas and attractions. The "our property" page is for your property pictures. I can put your house pictures onto this page including any descriptions you would like about your property. The "prices" page is for your rates. This can be added for you as well plus any terms and conditions you have. The "availability" page is your calendar to block off your rental weeks. The "excursion" page lists activities and trips that are available in the resort and on the island. The "flights and travel" and "weather and maps" page are all relevant to Marbella and finally the "contact "page just needs your details added. All the updates can be done for you in the price so when you purchase the site it is all personalised and ready to go.
The website would normally cost around £1000 to design in full including the hosting, domain name etc but any sensible offers would be considered.
