Yes very happy, although the after service stinks. Still only a few little bits and pieces to sort out so lucky my hubby and Dad can do the jobs themselves. Nothing major and the finish was first class. Can't vouch for all of them, we saw some shoddy ones when we were viewing, won't mention any names though!!!

We are very happy with ours and indeed and also the after service indeed even a year on if anything goes wrong they treat it as part of snagging. So yes very happy so far.

Yes very happy with my house. Its now nearly 6 years old and despite minor settling issues its grand.

Doesnt flood either in the rains!!

I expect there are many thousands of us happy with their properties, its just you hear the bad most of the time

I'm glad. Maybe it's just where I am that it's so bad.

Yes, overall, very happy with our builder and the finish internally and externally.

After sales snagging (not much though) with our agent was rubbish too.

The secret is, use one of the reputable and large Spanish builders, they have a reputation to upkeep.

Regards,

We're more than happy with ours. I'd like to think it was because we were careful but it could be luck!

Very happy with ours.  Chose a small local agent in the area we wanted.  He showed us only properties from builders with good reputations using great quality materials and finishing.  House now 6 years old and would recommend the developer - Golf Invest.  The agent has won many awards for his work getting quality properties for clients.

We have used Golf Invest too and we are delighted with our villa. We asked our excellent agent to have a first look, did our own snagging and honestly there were no problems. The finish is lovely. There is only one thing not right yet, we cant live in it permanently for 18 months!

Our 2 bed, 2 bath detached villa on own plot is gorgeous. Certainly Golf Invest (ours is Zapata) & Euromarina builders are respected.

We have two properties, and a third being built in a new inland village that has already been awarded the best development in Albacete, we have been more than happy with all of  our properties and love our life here in Spain, the laid back life style, good weather, cost of living, friendly Spanish neighbours, rubbish collection four times a WEEK, not affraid to walk out in the evenings, the list goes on and on, so I guess we are among the lucky ones.  One piece of advice learn the lingo before coming over, its amazing how many peope arrive over here and can only ask for a beer and a glass of wine please.

I think my Spanish built house is the best and most inviting I have ever owned. Unfortunately I have to work everyday and don´t get to spend enough time on my land. However, when I do, it is the most satisfying feeling of all.

I am afraid I am not very happy with my builder, I have a great problem with him.

This is the reason I ask you for a good lawyer because I do not how this will be finished

Can you recomend me any in El Albujon?

This village is in South Murcia
