Hi all off Plan owners " Hollywood Hills".
Promotors have been in breach of contract since april 2007for non completion of project. Banks would not guarantee " bank guarantee" I am building a database of owners that wish to sue the bank as we will win our claim and receive all funds back plus interest since building licence issue in approx 2004 at 6%. whats the up date on hollywood hills development mijas costa spain.is the development going ahead ,will it be ever finished,if so what is the completion date.is there much interest for these properties sale wise.what is the current market valve on a 2 bed 2 bathroom.
