Property costs calculator

I have just taken a look at the property costs calculator as mentioned in the new newsletter. I filled out the required information and it seems to be overcalculating a bit. I say a bit, it was almost 1000€ out. Not sure where it went wrong, I will print it out and compare the difference between the calculator and the figures from the solicitor later.
