Hi everyone,

Has anyone here recently looked into buying or investing in Marbella?
I’ve been following the Costa del Sol market for a while, and Marbella seems to remain quite stable compared to other parts of Spain - which honestly surprised me.

I’m trying to understand whether it’s still a good time to buy in 2025, especially with the new developments and the international demand staying strong.

While doing some research, I came across a balanced article that explains the current trends pretty well - prices, lifestyle, and investor interest.
