Bank Account (Sabadell)

I have been stuck in the UK for some time and not taken much interest in my Sabadell account this year.
But I have just had occasion to make a payment and note that all my outgoings this year (agua, electricidad etc) have return in blue beneath them. No difference otherwise, they still take the money.
Anyone know why?
