Hi, we've had property on the market for some time now and not had any results. We had to return to the UK due to ill health of a family member and other family commitments, this was way before the prolongued debacle of the Brexit negotiations!
I recently found the above company online: Manchester House Buyers, has anybody heard of them? They offer to purchase your property in Spain for cash, albeit, below market value - not unlike 'we buy any house' in the UK
I would be grateful if anybody out there has ever heard of them and have any knowledge of their reputation?
