Hi, A couple of days ago I purchased an android tv box from Waltons. There are several faults so I returned it and requested a refund.
I was told it can be sent away for repair or I can have another box. They only sell the one make and I have lost confidence in this item. I am told that Waltons are known for being very difficult with after sales service.
I am told that it is my legal right to request a refund but Waltons refused. I would very much appreciate hearing from anyone who has had a similar problem and whether a refund was eventually given. thanks
