Does anyone know if I can use a bank statement as proof of income for residencia or do I need to go into bank and get a certificate of some sort? Thanks.

This should imply you have residential status as you would not have a contract or a social security number which will get you health care and tax status - check with the social security office and your employer. If you are still unsure go see an expert

All you will get on here is the normal drivel this topic keeps bringing up (e.g. remindingyou thatthe residencia ia different from the euorpean citizen register etc) - it is a favourite topic of 1 or 2 EOS members - yaaaaawn!!!
