I am not sticking up for Britannia at all. Quite the contrary, and their reponse of "Wouldn't know where to start" is exactly what I was talking about when I said that sub-contracting just causes confusion. That is why we don't do it. If Britannia are members of any affiliation like the BAR etc you can complain to them but too long may have passed by now.
