Hi there. Wonderful site here! I want to hire a car from Malaga airport and drive down through Marbella but just found out extra charge of 9euro/day extra whilst in Gibraltar. Does anyone know a car rental company with a drop off point near to border on Spanish side as it seems pointless hiring a car for whole week when I will be on a beach each day in Gibraltar?

A quick google reveals that Europecar, Enterprise and Goldcar all have offices in La Linea (walking distance to GIb) But don't expect any of them to offer pick up at AGP drop of at La Linea for no extra cost - you get nothing for nothing here when it comes to car hire
