Help me to check the company in MURCIA

I come from Slovenia and I'd like to buy an excavator from the company in MURCIA. I don't know well this company so I ask somebody if he could give me some more information about it. For example if this company is it verified, reliable, solvent,... I have to pay half of a price in advance through proforma invoice hat's why I'd like to check if the company exist and is reliable.
