Spanish Property Rental .. what success level (Good or bad) with your property.

This is our first year of owning and renting our Spanish house on Camposol . We have had almost 70% occupation from April 2013 until present time . Is this typical ? . If you own a property and Rent it out for Holidays through Eye on Spain or other agencies , what sort of success have you enjoyed this season ?

I would have said this was exceptionally good. Most people struggle to let outside july and august.
