We would both like to say a massive thank you to Maria, Jaime and of course Keith for their magnificent efforts in securing the return of our off plan deposit placed for a plot on the Finca Parcs urbanization near Hellin.
At the outset we were constantly in communication with our agent in the U.K. who appeared helpless in assisting us in forcing CAM Bank to issue our bank guarantee even though the sales contract had this as a condition of sale.
We had given up any hope of our deposit being returned until our solicitor put us in touch with Finca Parcs Action Group and from then on we always thought despite many obstacles that something positive would ensue.
Indeed after several years of procrastination and obfuscation by Cleyton Ges and CAM bank justice has prevailed through the courts and our deposit has been returned. For this we have to thank Costa Luz Lawyers and Keith Rule for without their efforts and tenacity we would not have had the fortitude or the funds to take to task the defendants.
So one more time a huge thank you everyone
