I understand that the Traffic Authorities are installing two new radars speed controls on the N340-A7 at Mijas Costa.
They are at both sides of the wall at km points 200 and 205 (the first one driving from Fuengirola to Marbella is on the pedestrian bridge passed Faro de Calaburras and before El Faro – the second, on the pedestrian bridge passed the BP- Hotel Ciomijas at km 201.
They both calculate and check that you drive at 80 kph at each point, and also your average speed between the two points.
