Hi,
Does anybody roughly know how long it takes a judge to pass sentence on a case from the time of the trial at the Court of 1st Instance in Alicante ?

Hi, from my experience with Valencia Courts, I have had the sentence arrive in the post between three and four weeks, so I would imagine that Alicante would be slightluy quicker being smaller.
Hope that helps give you an idea
