Selling UK property whilst Spanish resident

Thought of posting this in the property section but was all about Spanish property so here goes.
If you own a UK property (which you used to live in) and then sell it (with gain) while living in Spain how is the CGT treated?
Would the event be taxable in Spain (not UK)?
