Thanks for that, it certainly brightened up my day!!! However I think it is obvious and anyone thinking that the property market will recover in the next decade is probably very mistaken. The situation is "crazy" as it says in the article. The only way is to enitce foreigners back to buying a second property at knock down rates which would be hard to refuse. They have to move the properties and I don't think they are doing enough to attract potential foreign buyers.
