Hi All
Just some information about Endesaonline Web Service
I have just logged on to my Profile on Endesaonline. I decided to use their Online Chat Service. A consultant name Daniel chatted to me. I told him I did not speak spanish very well. All our communication was thus in English.I was asking about the August Bill not being reflected on Endesaonline's Website yet. He told me that Endesa is doing some Website maintenance at the moment and did not give me a time frame for completion date. He said to me that they do not send out Email's and I should check back with him from time to time for updates. How is this for good Endesa Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
