ROYAL AIR FORCES ASSOCIATION
On the Costa Del Sol, RAFA Benalmadena Branch now meets twice a month in Arroyo de la Miel and Campo de Mijas:
· Third Monday of each month the ‘Peacock Bar’, Ave de Bonanza, Arroyo de la Miel, 2pm with a buffet (small charge), unbeatable bar prices, raffle, quizzes and a general good time.
· First Tuesday of each month ‘Restaurant La Luna’ Campo de Mijas at 12.30. Same as Peacock with occasional BBQ´s
Forthcoming Social Events:
· Battle of Britain 'Wings Appeal' fundraising between the 8th and 14th of September; See the team at Iceland, Fuengirola
· Table Top 'Car Boot' Sale at the Peacock Bar on Saturday 8th of September;
· Summer Party and Buffet at the Peacock at 7.30pm on the 15th of September;
· Halloween party at the Peacock on the 31st of October; (tbc)
· Christmas Gala Dinner at the Tamisa Golf Hotel on the 8th of December; (tbc)
· Plus lots of ideas for 2013, starting with a Traditional Burns Night on the 25th of January.
