Purchasing adjacent property to extend house in Almeria area

Hi Rob - this is a specialist legal area and you need to get good advice before buying the adjacent property. There is no way of telling whether or not you will get planning permission to extend without checking it out first. In theory, you could just go to the town hall and ask, but there have been so many problems with permissions in Almeria that I think it would be worth paying a good lawyer to find out and get everything in writing before buying.
You can ask on the forum for recommendations for a good local lawyer if you tell people what area you are in.
