New freephone number for Endesa

Morning all
I think I may have some good news. I deal with Endesa all the time and was getting desperate about the cost of the 902 calls. So after one particularly heated telephone call from me, they gave me their FREEphone number (yep, that means that THEY are paying!!).
It's 800 760 333
I've tested it and it worked for me ;-)

That is the number now provided no Endesa’ correspondence (letters etc) and which I called yesterday (and which I commented on in another post). They have an English speaking service on that number but after waiting quite a long time for the operator, I called again and completed the task in Spanish.
(Of course that number is only accessible from within Spain).

Thats great if you are in Spain. What are the costs from the UK? I tried ringing them on their Endesa Sevillana number, they supply Malaga, which costs me, and an answer machine gave me this number. I am not receiving bills from Endesa and for the life of me I cannot sort it out. I cant register for online office because I havent got a recent bill. Ive been going round in circles with emails and trying to contact them by phone. Any suggestions???

I have never heard of Viber but having looked on the internet that would appear to be for IPhones.
The one I suggested VOIPcheap.com (Voice Over Internet Protocol ) is for calls to fixed or mobile phones over the internet from a computer. Similar to SKYPE but in many cases much cheaper, often free
