embargo on my account

could anyone help with my query

i have had an embargo on my account for 950 euros ,i know what it is and have accepted it needs to payed.however the embargo was put on 29th of last month,and they still havent taken it.The money is there and they let me withdraw money down to this amount.can anyone shed any light on why it hasnt been taken yet.

 Hello ; The Embargo process is often used by the local council & Tax office ( SUMA also) alyjough is available to all via the courts.

The process generally has a 20 day life from the date of arrival before the funds are taken.

At the end of the period the account returns to normal. Remember they can reapply the same in the future if the debt is not fully settled.
