It seems the spanish goverment is trying to put things right.on the 7 th of july this year 2011,they wrote out a new decree,
stating that to register a new property on the land registry unless it has the license of first occupation.a construction license and a technical certificate stating that the property correspondsc to the plans for which the license was granted.the british ambassador said at least they are trying this will protect new home buyers ,but what about the victims who bought in good faith and have found themselves with a illegal house .without mains water or electricity,this must be addressed.we all know this should never have happend.well thereis the latest.everybody knows that spain had to many illegal houses which the councils should have stopped .but they thought if they did not say anything to the buyers they could sale them..it now hasbeen dicussed on the radio,television .newspapers .the web youtube,you name it.nearly every eu mp.has broughtit up and said we are gooing to fight this,the european parliment promised to protect all its eu citizens,against ant corruption.we all know this.
