Securing Car Documentation In Spain

Good afternoon all.

Can you help please.

We have a buyer for our Spanish Car in England. We drove it over here in the U.K. from Spain in January.

Unfortunately we have insfficient paperwork i.e. only 2 x Certificado De Cargas Certificates and the original transfer papers confirming my  ownership and that I had bought the car.

In order to complete the sale of the Car we need the Permiso De Circulacion and Tarjeta I T V Forms. Unfortunately these were never handed to us as the Company we bought the car from moved away and did not leave any contact details.

They may still be with the respective Government Offices in Malaga that look after this type of paperwork?

Alternatively can we obtain duplicates?

I would really appreciate any help and advice as we are getting conflicting information!?

Duplicate Permiso's via this link ... All in Spanish...

Duplicate ITV certs and history available from ITV Centres, subject to successful vehicle test so this may be a bit difficult...

You also need to be aware of the requirement to notify the authorities in Spain when you sell the car see this link again its in Spanish.
