Where is tax office in Almeria region?

Hi All,
For some reason I am not able to order the pagatinas (tax stickers) required for the Modelo210 online using my NIE so have to get them from the local tax office and also have to purchase the tax envelopes there I believe. I have been trying to locate and address for the almeria tax office to no avail. Would anyone have this information please? They really dont make paying this government property tax easy at all do they...
