Searching for long term rental villa.

We are looking for a long term rental (min 6 months) in the Murcia/Almeria area, commencing this Autumn 2011. 3 Beds, 2 baths would be ideal. We have two very well behaved dogs. We need access roads and a private space (driveway or similar) to park a caravan (it's quite long, twin axle).

Even when you did not ask for legal advise... I am always inclined to offer precention to landlords and tenants as judicial procedures on this are completely anteconomical:
Have a good contract signed and submitt it to arbitration rather than Courts.
