Tourist Visa for Spain

Anyone can help with advise please. We plan on flying into Barcelona, hiring a car , then driving down coast looking at property for sale. Embassy wants, reservations etc ,etc ...but we wanted to stay where and when we see a place, not book into a particular hotel in advance. Thanks 0 Like Spam post or abuse? Please let us know
