Incase you havnt found anywhere yet try the mag female focus or the CostaBlanca news, the both carry adverts for local rental. I reccomend Polop area, its a very friendly vilage you could go in the two bars in the Plaza , El Cau and La Font and someone might know of somwhere there, if not both will give you fine food and you will make really nice friends. I have just moved away and miss it!!
