gardener/handyman

am at it again, we are looking for a handyman/gardener for our complex someone who is willing to turn his/her hand to anything, we are a small complex (40 apartments) garden is a rocky outcrop (but hopefully getting something done about this next year) communal areas looking shabby, really need someone who can do a bit of this and a bit of that, salary around €18,000 per year inclusive of iba and Social security if interested please contact me...many thanks

We are in Nueva Andalucia, just outside of Puerto Banus.

Are these likely to be just one-man jobs?

I've worked as both a labourer and landscaper here in England for a few years and done gardening and joinery courses, but I wouldn't say I have all the neccessary  skill and experience to go it alone. (I'm a designer first and foremost)
