rental prices

Does anyone know if its possible to rent a property in the Costa del sol for around £400-£500 all in for a month during the winter months?. Fuengirola or new andalucia(banus) area?. Also can anyone recommend a place or website that provides clean, decent property? thanks

That would be easy on the Costa Blanca and should be on Costa Del Sol there are loads of apartments empty on both you should try the Banks websites

Not many people will rent all in as they dont know how much electric/water you will use but it is not impossible depending on what sort of room or property you are looking for. There are loads of websites but would suggest sur in english website the local english newspaper. This doesnt always have all the properties listed that are in the weekly paper but there is enough to supply you with some websites, phone nos and an idea of current prices. Everything is open to negotiation at the moment.

You will find something on the CDS in your price range but would be stretching it a bit to include Electric and Water Bills?

Electricity costs have risen in the past  year or two and you can easily rack up Bills of €100+ a month for both during the Winter period?
