New Gym at Casares Golf

If anybody wants to use a gym when in DV I can recommend the gym at Casares Golf. It is brand new, all the exercise machines you could wish for plus a sauna and steam room. Unlike the gym at Duquesa Hotel it opens early , 8am, and closes late at night , 9pm. The cost for a day pass is €6 and the bar is open at 9 am for breakfast with stunning views from the balcony and it also has free WiFi.

It is situated about 1km up the Casares road from the roundabout. 

Yeah, it is fabulous.

I normally use the gym at Albayt which is more expensive but has the indoor pool.

But if you're not fussed about the indoor pool then the Casares Golf one is definitely the best one in the area now.

However, if you're feeling really flush you could try the one at Finca Cortesin....they even have a snow room!  I know, don't ask, I have no idea what you'd use that for.
