Hi JJ and welcome to the forum.  Spain is a very big place so it would help if you specified an area for your search.

There is a lot of property available for a long let, although your specific needs would narrow the search considerably.  However, this forum is full of people with lots of contacts so good luck with your search!

Hi

It is possible I may have a property to suit your needs  look at this link http://www.sanquist.com/linkproperty.php?ID=2410

The property is now available for long term rental  please let me know if it is any good for you ,you would need to erect a shelter for the horse but there is plenty of land available and the area is good for horse riding as it is on the edge of a National Park but it is only 20 minutes from the beachesat Guardamar and La Marina.
