ADDED

Instructions in English, on how to complete the form, are at

 http://www.agenciatributaria.es/static_files/AEAT/Contenidos_Comunes/La_Agencia_Tributaria/Modelos_y_formularios/Declaraciones/Modelos_200_al_299/210/Instrucciones/OrdenIRNR2010instrucciones210_en_gb.pdf

The  210, in English,  which must be completed on line, can then be printed out, and paid at your bank (maybe any bank) is at:-

sanchez   Johnzx, how were you able to submit Modelo 210 online without a digital certificate?

I always have chosen to pay at the bank, albeit that I have @clave PIN

One reason being that it gets paid to AEAT that day, so I can see it has been paid.

I believe the online payment is not collected by AEAT until 31st Dec. Thus if there were to be a hiccup it would be too late to easily put it right.

Hi John,

Thanks for that.

I'll pop in to the bank next week when I'm over.   Does that mean I don't have to post the actual tax return to Hacienda?  I just pay at the bank then that's it?  As far as I can see, when you fill in the form online, it's not actually submitted to Hacienda....

Cheers

As I posted:   or one can take the 3 copies of the form to a bank and pay it either from your account or over the counter.

Complete on line, print, then pay with forms at bank. They take one copy and send it the AEAT.  Job done

Page 18 of the instructions states that we can pay by transfer from a foreign bank account to "the Banco de España account detailed on the Tax Agency web page". This seems like less hassle for me, pay from my Irish bank account and then send the form to "Oficina Nacional de Gestión Tributaria (Address: Agencia Tributaria. Departamento de Gestión Tributaria. Oficina Nacional de Gestión Tributaria. IRNR. Modelo 210. C/ Lérida 32-34 [Registro General]; 28020 Madrid)."

Can anyone help by pointing me to the bank account deatails on the tax agency site http://www.agenciatributaria.es ?

Many thanks,

My 2015 modelo 210 tax form calculation is incorrect and I have underpaid as a result.  Does anyone know how I correct this?
