Sorry not too familiar with that area - am on Costa Blanca but around the area where I am you would be talking from E350 per month up to E450 for 1 bedroom.

Not much help to you I am sure but perhaps you can use it as a guage.

I guess you will need to pay about 500 euros for an average property something more up market could be rented for 650 euros near the beach and with views if you contact this person 0034 629 894 464 her name is Carol she looks after my place and has a number of 1 beds to rent out

Between €300 and €400 for a one bed in the centre of Fuengirola, if you go to Mijas Costa for example Riviera del Sol or Calahonda you can get a real nice 2 bed apartment for €500 per month.
