I recently set up an SL company in Gran Canaria. I thought it would be like a UK ltd company of which I have  fair amount of experience but now feel like a complete novice. I have just changed asesoria and have started to pay autonomo at 272 €pm. I also pay asesoria fees of 300€pm and they have made me SLU. After today I found I have to pay the fees of an asesoria Laboral for doing my payslip each month even though I have earned nothing and I am the only employee. They assumed my salary was 1200€pm and thought I was crazy when I sail I have earned nil as the company hasnt even started trading! I have said that I will earn no money until my loan to the company is repaid in full to minimise tax. They look at me in a puzzled way. Have I gone mad because I think this is all crazy.
