Hi all

 

Can anyone offer advice on the requiremnts to drive a moto in Spain.  Basically a moto would be more convenient to our family can I drive a moto on my EU driving licence?   What are the regulations please.

You should have no problem riding a 50cc scooter with your EU licence.  You can ride a 125cc as well as long as you have had your licence for 3 years. 

I have a 125cc scooter which I can legally drive in Spain, but not in the UK (or Gibraltar where I work).  I would have to do the CBT or get a bike licence to be legal in the UK.

Providing that the category  "A" or "A1"  is shown on your British/EU driving licence, then you are covered.
