Hi,

I was made redundant from my job in Spain and received some unemployment benefit (paro). I understand there is another benefit which can be claimed when the paro comes to an end (next month in my case), of €420 per month. Does anyone know about this, and what are the conditions involved if I apply for it?

I am not 100% sure about this but isn't this the new law that came in which means that you have to attend some sort of training 2 or 3 times a week to qualify for this?

I believe as long as you agree to this and attend the training you can claim this.  I thought it was for 6 months only but again, I'm not 100% sure about this.

Thanks Justin - yes I heard the same, but wasn´t sure about the training bit. I will check it out when I next go to the office.
