We have agreed in principle, a 6 month winter let for our apartment in La Cala de Mijas, and obviously require a contract to cover this period as our standard short term rental agreement will mot suffice. Does anyone know where we can get a template suitable for this?Should we include any specific conditions relating to the period of the let, and should the contract be in Spanish?

Chheres for any assistance.

Normally the landlord would provide the contract, i have one in English and one in Spanish, if you need it send me your email and i will get it to you.

If you want to have extension rights, you need to have a " contract for housing" model.

Believe me, not for the sake of us making more business, but.... have a lawyer taking a brief look into your rental contract to protect  your position and avoid future problems.

And submitt contract to arbitration better than Courts.
