NIE application revised fee EUR16.00

I was in Malaga police station processing an NIE application and noticed the fee has been reduced from EUR16.17 to EUR16.00.
This is the fee payable at the bank with the modelo 790.
Not sure when the change took place as I have not been there for a while.
