We like many people bought via Parador in October 2005 and were advised to use Aldea.
I was never ever aware we did not have a BG or building had stopped a few weeks later.
I spent a substantial amount of emails and telephone calls to Aldea. I was advised by a friend to threaten them with the Law Society of Murcia - so in my complaint I put the following as what I would do if they did not fully refund by 1.000 Euros paid.
I intend to complain (in Spanish) to the Lawyers' College of Murcia "Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Murcia", La Gloria 25-bils, 30003 Murcia. I will involve the Consumadores Agency too to help me.
I threatened with gross negligence and listed my complaints in detail.
I was suprised for once, I was offered an instant refund and receive electronically transferred funds in October 2006. It may have helped I was complaining regularly to them by both email and phone constantly at that time too!
I can only ask you to try this - it suprisingly worked for me at that time - there is nothing to loose.
I SUGGEST ALL PEOPLE DUMP THEIR SOLICITORS THAT AGENTS RECOMMENDED. THEY ARE IN LEAGUE WITH HUMA - AS SIMPLE AS THAT AS SO ARE THE AGENTS. WE ALLL NEED GOOD LAWYERS NOW!!!
