I have just received in writing the information I requested to the Town Hall of Cuevas del Almanzora, copy of which I attach.
 
 
 
However, the Town Hall has not yet informed me what they are going to do to solve the stay of the approval of the General Plan in the area of  ACC.
 
 
 
What the Junta de Andalucía has notified to the Town Hall is ?to approve the General Plan and stay of the rest of the Plan up until the deficiencies are looked into, adopting the increase proposed  to the one established in rule 45 of the Plano de Ordenación Territorial of Andalucía (POTA).
 
 
 
The area of ACC has not been approved as Urban area.
 
 
 
I have written to Huma in order to be informed of what they and the Town Hall are thinking about the situation.

Just beyond belief!!!

Small wonder Huma want everyone to change location.  It will be a huge surprise to me if OCC is not in the same situation.  They may have local approval but not from the Junta.

Just a shame we can't believe a word Huma says,  they were very convincing when informing us that urban approval had been granted.
