Hi All!

Here's the link to the UK equivalent of the Spanish consumer affairs cec@consumo-inc.es - it does apply to larger purchases not just the odd dodgy bottle of vino (I jest) and anything at this stage is worth a go!!

i hope you don'r mind but i have seen what you suggested about the consumer adddress and written to them as well, you never know if we all write to them, they might help a!!!
