I need to apply for a NIE number for my court case coming up vs Bank.

I want to do this in the UK.

It suggests there is a Spanish Consulate in Manchester - but phone is dead.

Has anyone applied for NIE number in Uk and if so where can you go (is it London??) and what is the procedure (I have downloaded EX15 form. How long does it take?  What do you need to take along to the Consulate with you?

I am not sure what type of liquidation this is. My solicitors were a bit vague on this.

I wonder if they go into a voluntary type liquidation - whether that would be advised straightaway offically and may be different from other kinds of liquidation - through a court order.

I understand some sort of Administrator is to be appointed.
