that"s what your bg is for, in case they do go under, and yes, there are quite a few hanging in there, and hopefully it will be sorted before next year, acc is fine regards the junta, it"s just that they have included acc with other developments there are problems with, but acc is going to be bought up at the next meeting so fingers crossed

jethro where is that info from?

i am going back into a spin now, i would prefer to stay with acc than occ or mcc, but a joke is a joke time wise. but like you say if it can be sorted soon (ie before i can find out the best way to excute my BGs) then even better.

agree with the BG comment, thats what they are there for, to protect you against them going bump or running off.....

I'm sticking with ACC for a while yet.  Does anyone know when the next meeting is to discuss the plans  for the area ?

This the  letter I have  just  received  from my  Agent.     This  letter  was a reply after  hearing  that  ACC  would  not  start  for  another  12 months.

My agent  anticipates ACC  should  get the  full  permission within  the  next 2 months.   Who  knows!!!

For Gonzalo Recarte Squares Attorneys S. L. Answer:

The secretary of Cuevas could not be confirmed what was stated in his mail, or in any case the information is incorrect, since they have made the appropriate inquiries, and for the following reasons:

-- It is true that the Comprehensive Plan has been adopted in part, but it is also true that the actual delegate said by active and passive that deficiencies in the plan can be overcome in short time, and that the council could present solution to the same for the upcoming meetings of the Commission. In the case of ACC, this draft has no problem to be approved and classified the area as housing, because it meets the law, when it comes to assignments for parks, sports, education and so on. ACC is put on hold because the Board itself links (getting into the same bag) with other areas more complicated to solve, such as the 2500 houses have been built in Palomares the controversial delimitation of urban land. In the case of dovecotes, also can be settled "said Delegate, but subject to compliance with the Act with regard to allocations, free spaces.
-- Solving these problems will own the municipality of Cuevas and it is working. The POTALA or POTLA (plan of the Board) does not solve this situation, as long as it only provides as urbanisable basically areas (areas of opportunity), the central plain affecting six villages (Garrucha, Mojácar, Turre, Vera, Bédar and Antas), another in Carboneras and the other in Pulpí, without prejudice to other industrial areas. The municipality of Cuevas has asked at the hearings that his municipality has also any area but this opportunity to be seen and is not expected acceptance.

Ultimately, the municipality of Cuevas has been very ambitious in its claims, but the situation can be resolved, there is a will to solve the problem and is working on it, therefore there is no such alarm and we should be cautious in this regard.
